With over 30 years of experience in the Financial, Investment Banking , Credit Rating & Financial Consulting, Mr. Heikal has managed to have a reputable and impressive track record that awarded him the position of Managing Director and CEO for 18 years in Egypt Factors.
Mr. Tarek El Fayoumi, CEO & Managing Director
With over 34 years of banking and investment experience, Mr. Fayoumi headed the investments of Arab Investment Bank.
Mr. Ayman Marei, Representative Member of ICD
Held several positions in the financial sector in Egypt & GCC countries. Currently, he is an Investment Specialist in ICD.
Mr. Talal Alobayd, Representative Member of ICD
Seasoned finance professional entrusted with Board level directorship roles, equipped with practical experience in many areas including; Advisory, Entrepreneurship, Monitoring & Evaluation, Portfolio Management & Valuation, Finance & Private Equity. Currently, he is an Emerging Market Investment Manager in ICD.
Mr. Tamer Mostafa, Representative Member of Arab Investment Bank
Brings more than 28 years of professional experience in the field of banking that he acquired from working at multinational banks as well as public and private sector banks. Currently he is a General Manager heading Corporate banking in aiBank.
Mr. Soliman AlTayyar, Representative Member of Ayady for Investment and Development
Has over 12 years of experience in reputable investment companies from 2010
Currently, Mr. AlTayyar is a Vice President at NI Capital's private equity department.
Mrs. Dr. Tasneem Gomaa, Independent Member
Has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently Tasneem is an Investment Director at Ekuity Holding Investment Management Department. In addition to her practical experience, she was Visiting Assistant Professor at the management department of the British University in Cairo, she holds a PhD in Finance from Cairo University.
Mrs. Mervat Hataba, Independent Member
Has managed to become the Chairperson at HOTAC (Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels).
Mrs. Mona Mostafa Heiba, Chartered Accountant,
Has extensive professional experience, having served as an adviser to the Minister of Finance for Training & Tax Audit for 10 years.
She has also worked as a Senior Audit Manager Associate at KPMG Hazem Hassan for 28 years.
Fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditor.
Board member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors - The first Egyptian woman elected to the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Association of Accountants and Auditors since its inception in 1946.
